State Govt. To Establish Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Baal Sahitya Academy to Promote the Sense of Service towards Nation: CM
Jaipur, 14 November. Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot has said that our government will establish Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Baal Sahitya Academy to promote the sense of service towards Nation and society among our children. It will also distribute children's literature to the kids, he said.
Shri Gehlot was addressing school children gathered at Chief Minister's residence on Thursday to greet Shri Gehlot on the occasion of 130th Birth Anniversary of our first Prime Minister Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru. He said Pt. Nehru had great affection for children, so his birthday celebrated as Children's Day every year. He asked children to read the biographies of Gandhi Ji, Pt. Nehru, and other great personalities to get inspired by them.
The school kids offered red roses to Chief Minister while greeting him on Baal Diwas. Shri Gehlot also exchanged greetings with children who had come from various government schools and gave them sweets.
Chairperson of State Child Rights Protection Commission Smt. Sangeeta Beniwal, officers, and other dignitaries were present on this occasion.
The Chief Minister released the book ‘Bachchon Ke Man Bhaye Titali' written by Shri Ratan Rathore.
Jaipur, 14 November. Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot flagged off a rally of school children and released white balloons on the occasion of Children's Day. He also offered a floral tribute on the statue of our first Prime Minister, Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru, at Ramniwas Garden to mark the 130th Birth Anniversary of Nehru Ji on Thursday.
The Chief Minister and ministers of state cabinet also planted Ashoka sapling at Ramniwas Garden. School Kids wearing the favorite outfit of Chacha Nehru offered red roses to Shri Gehlot while greeting him on the occasion of Baal Diwas.
UDH Minister Shri Shanti Dhariwal, Minister of DIPR Dr. Raghu Sharma, Industry Minister Shri Parsadi Lal Meena, Agriculture Minister Shri Lalchand Kataria, Transport Minister Shri Pratap Singh Khachariyawas, Chief Secretary Shri D. B. Gupta, other officers, Local MLAs, and other dignitaries were present on this occasion.
