Dr. Ramesh Kumar Rawat, Associate Professor, Department of Journalism and Mass Communication wrote a biography book on a Senior journalist of Rajasthan and Media Consultant entitled with “Media Makers of Rajasthan-Kalyan Singh Kothari.”

This book released at Brahma Kumari Shantivan, Abu-road during the inaugural function of national Media Conference 2018 (21st to 25th September 2018). The theme of the conference was “Enlightened Media for Building a Better World.” This book released by BK Nirveer, President of Media Wing, B. K. The media conference organized from 21 to 25 September. Before the release this book, author of the biography book, Dr. Ramesh Kumar Rawat introduced the senior journalist Kalyan Singh Kothari and about the book also.

On this occasion Senior Journalist Kalyan Singh Kothari, Smt. Hansa Kothari, Prof. Sanjeev Bhanawat, journalist Ashok Chaturvedi, hundreds of media workers and professionals, media scholars, media students were present from the various state of the country. At the same time, everyone congratulated Dr. Ramesh Kumar Rawat and senior journalist Kalyan Singh Kothari for the same. Kalyan Singh Kothari is a well-known journalist of Rajasthan. He worked with Rajasthan Patrika, Akashwani and UNI in Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Delhi for 30 years. Currently, he is working as an independent journalist and media advisor. Mr. Kalyan Singh Kothari is associated with UNICEF, many civilian organizations, NGOs and international institutions. The main aim of writing this biography is to make students of journalism and professionals to aware of various disciplines in the field of journalism.

In this research biography book Dr. Rawat wrote about Senior Journalist and Media Advisor Shri Kalyan Singh Kothari's life story, his family background, his intellectual and educational development, childhood sour sweet memories, his growing steps in journalism, his wife contributed in his success, appreciation letters, mementos, awards received by him, his relationship with the founder of Rajasthan Patrika Shri Karpoor Chandra Kulish and the documentary film on him.
