COVID recovered senior journalists will share their experiences on the role of media in ending stigma and discrimination during a webinar on “Reporting in the Times of COVID-19.

Mr Kalyan Singh Kothari, Secretary Lok Samvad Sansthan said that the proposed webinar would guide media persons on their safety measures while covering news on the field, the role of media in ending stigma and discrimination against COVID affected people and warriors. The webinar would also inform the media about the situation of women and children during the pandemic. It would also give a boost to the mask campaign run by the government.
The online event began with opening remarks by Ms Isabelle Bardem: State Chief- UNICEF, Rajasthan would focus on the Situation of women and children in Rajasthan during the pandemic. She will discuss how to protect children and their families from exposure to COVID-19 and minimise mortality.
