Every year, fairs are organized to remember martyrs who sacrificed their life for the country. Amit Bhardwaj is the name of a person who fought for the country and died. On the sacrifice day of Captain Amit Bhardwaj, who died on the Kargill war, blood donation camp was organized. Large number of people donated their blood in the camp organized at Community Centre of Malviya Nagar near Jhulelal temple. Earlier to this, martyr was remembered by laying flowers on his picture at Amit Bhardwaj park.
