Doctors angry, will protest

The All Rajasthan in Service Doctors Association (ARISDA) has shown its resentment for blaming the whole Doctors’ community for female foeticide. On Wednesday, the General Secretary of union, Dr. Nasreen Bharti, said to the media, “We are also against female foeticide, but it is unfair to defame all the doctors.” She further added, “Doctors involved in sex determination should be punished. However, it is incorrect to blame the entire doctors' community for the social evil.” Dr. Bharti stated that all doctors in the state will wear black bands on Monday to show their resentment against such defamation.
