Rajasthan High court has shown strict behavior against sonography centers for female foeticide. Court has ordered to keep Silent Observer and Active Tracker in all sonography machines within four months. With immediate effect, court has asked Government to arrange for a facility in which Form-F will be filled-up online by the sonography centers. During the hearing of Advocate S.K. Sharma's petition, Chief Justice Arun Misra and Justice NArendra Kumar Jain said that on failure of doing so, license of the sonography center will get cancelled. The next hearing will be held on May 28. Sharma's petition has demanded to put Silent Observer and Active Tracker in sonography centers. State Government plead for six months to put Silent Observer and Active Tracker in sonography machines but court rejected the plea saying that six months is a long time and ordered to put the Active Tracker in sonography trackers within four months.
