India is known as a rich country not because of the availability of capital, rather richness of the country lies in their culture, traditions and cuisines. One such state in India, which perfectly stands on the richness of the Indian core is Rajasthan. Rajasthan which is famous for its royal and pride customs and rituals is known worldwide for its amazement in every field whether it be cuisines, apparels or any other. Specifically talking about cuisine of Rajasthan, the famous dish of Rajasthan comes out to be dal, baati churma. People who have at least nice visited Rajasthan, must be very well aware of this famous dish of Rajasthan. Also, it is said that the trip to Rajasthan is incomplete without experiencing the famous dish: daal, baati churma of Rajasthan. But what makes this famous dish so uniaue and distinctive?

Dal Dal of the famous dish of Rajasthan plays the most basic role in the cuisines. Dal is the mixture of variety of dal of different colors and cooked in pure Dehi ghee. Not to forget, spices of Rajasthan plays an important role in Dal as consist of variety of spices into it which adds on to the color and ultimate taste of Dal
Baati The most unique and impressive part of the dish in Baati which is only cooked in parts of Rajasthan. The baati is a tough bun of flour which is very hard in shape and in made of pure ghee. The Baati are available in many varieties, mainly: plain(no filling), sweet baati( the filling consist of rich and dry fruits with sugar), spice baati ( insist of the spicy fillings of mainly potatoes)
Churma Churma though is really easy to make in the availability of Baati. The process of making churma is to crush the Baai and cook the same with lots of pure ghee and sugar into it. Though churma is not known as desert in Rajasthani food, as it is eaten during the time of lunch or dinner only and not after that.

Dal, Baati and churma though is not a complete Rajasthani dish. Rather some add ons like Gatte ki Sabji, garlic hot past (lahsun ke chutney) are also the mandatory part of the dish. Not to forget the yogurt Kadhi is the dish which is a perfect dish to have with rice. Lets discuss about it in detail.

Gatte ki Sabji Gatte ki sabji is known as the rich spicy dish in the Rajasthani Thali. Gatte ki sabji consist of the rolls of besan poured into the khadhi of sabji and then cooked with pouring spices into the same. the reason why it is so rich because of the unique process of cooking of the same.
Lahsun ki chatney Lahsun ki chutney is the add on to the Rajasthani dish which is also known as hot garlic paste. This paste is made by cooking garlic with spices in i.
Kadhi The famous kadhi is the Rajasthani dish is made of yogurt and besan in it. The add on flanour is given by Tej pata (leave)into it which gives a perfect smell and taste along with the spices in it.

All these famous parts in the Rajasthani dish is typically known as Rajasthani thali. The Rajasthani thali is the most surprising and perfect treat to all the guests in Rajasthan to experience and realize the deep and rich taste of Rajasthan. The Rajasthani thali offers the variety of parts which are uniquely different and distinctive from each other. Every dish in itself is surprising and no part of the dish carry the same dish. With each bite in the mouth, one can experience the different and unique taste every time.
