Sikkim Professional University, Gangtok has been recognised amongst the Top 100 Higher Education Institutes of India in the EduTech100 Summit on ‘Digital Distinction: Technology Conformance to NEP’ by ASSOCHAM National Council on Education on Wednesday, December 14th, 2022 in a formal presentation at ASSOCHAM EduTech 100 Summit 2022, New Delhi.
The Sikkim Professional University, Gangtok, Sikkim awarded with Certificate of Appreciation by ASSOCHAM National Council on Education for its sincere efforts in implementing new-age tech solutions. Lt. Gen (Dr.) A K Mishra, AVSM (Retd), received the award on behalf of the Sikkim Professional University in New Delhi in the EduTech100 Summit programme.
The Summit was attended by Educationists, Chancellors, Vice Chancellors, Principals, Deans, Directors and Promoters from reputed Government and Private Institutions, Edtech start-ups, stakeholders, and students across the nation.
For this achievement the Chairman, Sikkim Professional University, Shri Hemant Goyal, Board of Management Member, Sh. Mukesh Goyal, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Prof. Jaswant Sokhi, Registrar, Prof. Ramesh Kumar Rawat and Principals of constituent colleges, Professors, Teaching and Non-teaching staff members have expressed their happiness for the award.

Lt. General Dr AK Mishra AVSM (Ret.) presented a khada, memento and bouquet to the Hon'ble Governor.
The Hon'ble Governor highlighted the National Education Policy 2020 and urged educational institutions to impart job-oriented and quality education to the students for a better tomorrow.
