BJP lashed on Congress in Jal Mahal lease case. BJP told that the Government has not followed law in leasing out Jal Mahal. By addressing the press conference, the leader of BJP told that they have given the ultimatum to Government till 30th May. Tiwari told that if the government will not take action till 30th May, the BJP and Government will take the charge of it. In 2004, Vasundhra Raje Sindhya Government had given the work order of this project and Sindhya herself had signed the agreement.
