Former Minister Rajendra Rathore is again in tension.After spending a long time in jail he fears that he might have to go inside again.High court has sent a notice and is demanding clarification in the Daria Encounter case.Justice Maheshchandra Sharma has given the order on the basis of the CBI and revised petition of Sushil .High Court after discussing for two days commanded to the CBI to serve the notice.under the notice rathore has to visit himself or send his lawyer until 10th july for the clearifications.
