Maheshwari Public School, Jawahar Nagar, celebrated its 47th Annual Function & Award Ceremony of the Senior wing, “The Crossroads” on Thursday,28th November 2024, at Takshshila Auditorium in the school premises amidst grandeur, joy, and enthusiasm with a noble message of empowering our children by fostering a supportive environment for their brighter future. The event brought together the school management, students, teachers, parents, and esteemed guests to showcase the spirit and achievements of the institution. The program commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the esteemed members of ECMS, Chairman Sh. Kedar Mal Bhala, Vice Chairman Sh. Bajrang Lal Baheti, General Secretary Education Sh Madhu Sudan Bihani, Treasurer CA Anil Kumar Sharda, Hon. Secretary CA Amit Gattani, Building Secretary Mr Sumit Kabra, School Principal Mr Ashok Vaid, Vice Principal Mr D.D. Pathak. The day's chief guest was Brigadier Rajesh Karel, an esteemed alumnus of the school. Guests of honour were Shri Ashok Toshniwal and CA Sanjay Kumar Rathi. Both are eminent businessmen & social workers. The school auditorium was set in a grandeur arrangement.
The guests were given a floral welcome. They were adorned with a shawl, traditional saafa &a memento as a token of gratitude. Chairman MPS gave a welcome address to the August gathering. Vision & Mission of ECMS and MPS were presented by Gen. Secretary Education and Hon. Secretary MPS, JN, and they expressed their keen desire to create a dynamic environment to bring out the best in every student holistically. They made a thrilling announcement of constructing a new cultural centre, incorporating advanced techniques and innovative designs, alongside a dedicated pre-primary wing, all within the same campus. These new initiatives reflect the school’s commitment to providing a comprehensive educational journey, beginning right from the foundational years. The school Principal read out the school's annual report, highlighting the academic and extracurricular accomplishments of the Mpsites. He thanked the parents for their unwavering support and active involvement. In the Award Ceremony, the outstanding achievers, under multifarious categories, were felicitated.
The unveiling of the Annual School Magazine ‘ Archway- A World of Words Since 1977′ was a proud moment for the entire school community. The magazine reflects the school’s achievements and inspires everyone to aim higher. The dignitaries delivered eloquent speeches, appreciating the school's dedication to excellence and encouraging students to pursue their dreams with determination and integrity. The much-awaited Cultural Extravaganza set a lively tone, reflecting the students' talent, creativity, and enthusiasm. They were adorned in vibrant costumes. Each dancer’s effort and enthusiasm were evident, making their performances a true event highlight. A thought-provoking skit captivated the audience, urging them to reflect on their responsibilities for unleashing the true potential of today's youth. The evening culminated with the melodious renditions of an exuberant orchestral piece that had the audience on the edge of their seats. The day was concluded with a vote of thanks by the school's Head Boy & Head Girl, followed by the National Anthem. It was a remarkable milestone in the school’s ever-evolving legacy of excellence, leaving the attendees with a profound sense of new resolutions.
