IIS (Deemed to be University)’s Manvi bags gold in International Shotgun Competition
IIS (Deemed to be University)’s Manvi bags gold in shotgun Double Trap at ISSF Jr. World Shooting Championship 2021 conducted on October 9, 2021, at LIMA (PERU),
Manvi is a third-semester student at the University. She has also won gold medals in state, pre-national, and nation competitions this year. Now after bagging gold in the international championship too she is named as ‘Golden Girl’. She was training at the Jagatpura shooting range for more than 1 and a half years for the world championship.
Dr. Ashok Gupta, Chancellor, IIS (Deemed to be University) shared that the university always promotes its students to participate in various sports. In the past few years, students of the university have created a niche and performed well in various national and international sports events. The IIS (Deemed to be University) congratulates Manvi.
